Exchange your product
At Taylor & Tails, we want you and your furry friend to love your purchase! If you need to exchange a dog bed, we’re here to help. Please review our exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at support@taylorandtails.com or call 0044 (0) 1780 723815 with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Shipping and Fees
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
Processing Time
Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Items may be refunded within 30 days of your order being received, providing they are in their original condition and unused.
Return post is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping for your protection. Alternatively we would be happy to arrange for return on your behalf which would be subject to currier fees.
Once your return has been received and processed, the refund will be applied to your original payment method.
To return your item
Secure the item and packing materials in the original delivery box. Clearly display your name and return address on the package and send to: Taylor & Tails, 4 Tennyson Way, Stamford, PE9 2GZ, UK
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
